ADVENTURE DAVE didn’t set out to become one of New York City’s most sought-after creative producers. He set out to be in theater. And honestly? He still is.
Growing up a theater kid in Boston, Dave had production running through his veins long before he knew what to do with it. The turning point came in 2011 — standing wide-eyed at Coachella for the first time — when everything suddenly clicked. Here was a world where every detail was intentional, every corner was curated, and anything felt possible. A magical little land where the coolest thing you could ever imagine was already happening right in front of you. He was hooked.
From music festivals to the global nonprofit TheYoung Americans — teaching music, dance, and art across three continents — Dave witnessed firsthand the way art can crack a community wide open. He thought music production was the next move. Then The McKittrick Hotel happened.
Getting swept into the world of Sleep No More lit something up that couldn’t be ignored. Theater you could fall into. Parties that were wild and decadently detail-obsessed and just — delicious. So he leaned in. Hard.
What followed was a whirlwind: producing the legendary ‘Bartschland Follies’ alongside the one and only Susanne Bartsch, opening House of X for House of YES, talent booking and stage managing for House of YES, launching The Stranger NYC, and collaborating with the likes of Frankie Sharp, Ian Schraeger, the creatives behind The Box. Adventure Dave wasn’t just in the room — he became the room.
Today, Eventfull Adventures is the creative engine behind some of NYC’s most talked-about immersive events and nightlife experiences. The secret sauce? Dave shows up to every event the way the Queen of England shows up to a royal tour — with a full trunk. Bubble guns. Confetti cannons. Trinkets and doodads for everyone. Pure, weaponized extra.
But underneath all the spectacle is something genuinely radical: the belief that the best events make everyone feel welcome. Downtown meets uptown. Leather daddies meet burlesque queens.
